New life for buildings and sites.
Immo Vitaal develops residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Belgium, from acquisition to handover. We specialise in the difficult starting points: listed and historic buildings, and former industrial sites, each with its own restrictions and possibilities. We handle design, permits, financing, construction follow-up and sales in-house, backed by more than 15 years of development experience.
In a historic building we start with what is worth keeping: carved stone, stepped gables, old brick. In new builds we choose materials that will age just as well: solid oak, cane, weathering steel, glass and stone. On the water, every hull gets the same care. Details from historic and new-build projects our team has worked on.
Each project is coded by type, like sheets in a drawing set. Every completed project here was delivered end to end: acquisition, permits, financing, construction follow-up and sales.
Several other projects and feasibility studies on further sites are not listed. A full portfolio is available on request.
One team from finding the opportunity to handing over the keys. Our team comes from architecture, so the design conversation starts on day one, not after the deal is signed.

We negotiate in four languages, with ministers, civil servants, investors and site crews alike.
Architecture · finance · construction · sales
With a background in architecture, our team has led real estate developments since 2007, in Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant and Wallonia. Our projects range from conversions of historic buildings to brownfield sites and new-build apartment complexes.
We bring the full development cycle to every Immo Vitaal project: reading plans with architects, judging what a structure can take, building the financial plan and seeing the sales through.
Joint developments, a building that needs a new purpose, land with a difficult past, or a project that needs development. We'd be glad to hear about it.
We are currently looking for new retail locations, in the city or on the outskirts. Redevelopments that combine residential units with retail are also on the horizon.
